Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from MANCAN DIGITAL ANALISE E DESENVOLVIMENTO LTDA, CNPJ 60.808.509/0001-97 ("mancan.digital", "we", "us") and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our software products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked. This is in addition to any statutory right of withdrawal you may have under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC).

2. How to request a refund

Email info@mancan.digital from the address used at purchase, including your order number or proof of purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

3. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. The time for the funds to appear depends on your provider, typically within 5–10 business days.

4. Consulting services

Consulting engagements are custom work and are governed by the refund and cancellation terms set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Where none is specified, fees for work already performed are non-refundable, and any prepaid, unused amounts will be refunded on request.

5. Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this policy (for example, repeated buy-and-refund behavior), or a violation of our Terms of Service. Mandatory consumer rights under Brazilian law are not affected by this section.
